上海新望闻达律师事务所是由成立于1992年11月的上海闻达律师事务所（前身是上海金融律师事务所）和1995年9月成立的上海新望律师事务所合并重组的中等规模的法律服务机构。

Shanghai Newhope Law Firm, amid-sized legal service provider, was established upon the merger of ShanghaiWenda Law Firm, established in November 1992 (formerly known as ShanghaiFinance Law Firm) and Shanghai Xinwang Law Firm, established in September 1995.
