杨豫洛，上海新望闻达律师事务所高级律师，合伙人，法学硕士，先后就读于上海大学文学院法律系、华东政法学院、复旦大学研究生院经济法系、澳大利亚悉尼科技大学法学院经济法专业，在上海财经大学非专业财务经理进修，中央财经大学私募基金班结业。

杨豫洛1992年在上海市第二律师事务所任专职律师，1995年9月与伙伴合作创办上海新望律师事务所，2004年与上海闻达律师事务所合并成立上海新望闻达律师事务所。

在二十多年的职业生涯里，杨豫洛律师先后代理过全国******的增值税犯罪案件的辩护人、全国性商业集团在华东地区的多起大卖场的诉讼和非诉讼法律事务、著名企业参加境外企业的破产和国内地方上大型企业破产法律事务、代理外贸企业赴港澳地区处理对外贸易、海关监管的行政纠纷和港澳台的客户在内地的投资贸易上的法律事务、为困境中的企业完成复杂的资产重组、摆脱债务危机实现债权以及投资公司全过程的房地产的收购和转让、各种类型的收购兼并等资本运作等事务。

He studied at Shanghai University School of Law, EastChina University of Political Science and Law, Graduate Program of FudanUniversity, University of Technology Sydney School of Law, Shanghai Universityof Finance and Economics. He also graduated from Central University of Financeand Economics, Private Equity Program. He has both B.L. and LL.M. degrees. Heis one of the partners of our firm.

He started to practice law in the Second Law Firm in1992. He founded New Hope Law Firm with his colleagues in 1995. He was also themanaging partner after New Hope Law Firm merged with Shanghai Wen Da Law Firm.Currently, he is the independent director of Shanghai International AirportCo., Ltd.

During his over 20 years practice, he has providedboth litigation and non-litigation legal services to retail giants in eastChina region. He has handled bankruptcy cases involved both large localcompanies and international corporations. He helped his clients in crisissuccessfully reorganized and get rid of dilemma that involved both corporateand property law practice. He has extensive experience in international trade, customsand border administrative cases and foreign investment legal issues. He wasalso the defense lawyer of the biggest VAT tax fraud case in Chinese history.
